Galerie-Komponente mit nativer Unterstützung für Joomla 1.5.

Description: Fixes
- Now possible to use html in image and gallery descriptions, e.g.
allowing for links in the description.
- Fixed 'multiplying backslash upong saving' in the backend for
image/gallery names.
- Ability to edit and delete galleries and images in the frontend My
Galleries is fixed.
- Filenames with spaces can be used in regenerating of thumbs (bug in
regenerating proportional images with GD2).
- Portrait images are now resized okay based on given thumbnails width
(that acts as thumbnail height in portrait images).
- Upgrade now possible without legacy turned on.
- Now possible to use 'special' characters (like e with accents) in My
Galleries.
Changes
- Added 70+ language strings that now can be translated (look at the
bottom of en-GB.com_rsgallery2.ini for new strings; added in nl-NL as
well).
- No longer using PEAR for error handling (going towards Joomla 1.6).
- Removed some legacy items (going towards Joomla 1.6).
